Chas is a 3 year old male Dachshund, Spaniel, Terrier and Whippet mix, 30 inches long, 16 inches high. He likes people, but does not like to be fussed. His recall great, he will play with other dogs but does like to be dominant. He lives with another older dog now. Is not keen on cats though. Doesn’t bark too much and has no food possessiveness. No health issues.
Arthur can be an anxious dog and craves love and attention from his family. He is house possessive and when visitors come to the house he is put in the garden until the visitor has gone or Arthur is calm and can see the visitor is no threat. He is being re-homed because a child visitor to the home hugged him, and Chas bit the child.
We therefore will only re-home Arthur to experienced dog owners where there are no children around. The family are devastated to be re-homing him as he is an amazing family member, with their own children too.
Chas will make the perfect pet for someone looking for a companion dog. Currently living in Warrington.
