Fraggle is a 18-24 month old female Dachshund Cross. Fraggle came into us as an unclaimed stray, she has obviously had pups but is still young herself. She is very nervous initially and does take a little time to trust. Once you have gained her trust she adores you and will follow you happily waiting for attention. She will need new owners who are around for most of the day.
She had no idea about life in a home and housetraining is a work in progress, she is improving daily and is clean in her crate at night. It would appear that she see’s outside as a punishment so patience and kindness will overcome this.
Fraggle does enjoy her walks and is gaining in confidence out and about. She will be best re homed with another similar sized confident dog for guidance and to help her settle. Older teenagers only as we have little history for her and she can be nervous. Visiting grandchildren would be fine with supervision as long as she had a crate to use should she need to. She has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is currently on foster in Aldershot Hampshire.
