Eddie is a 2 year old male Dachshund Cross. Eddie and his friend Patsy were found on the side of the road, near Bucharest.Our rescuer says: Eddie was trying to pull Patsy away from the road. It was on second glance I realized they were tied together, in fact. I backed up the car, and saw, to my utter shock, that they were bound together with electrical cords, secured with horse bindings, twine and duct tape.
They were lying on a bed of trash, not having eaten in a long time. So I set on untangling and trying to free the bindings, and took them home. Eddie is a very sweet loving little boy, he gets on well with other dogs and cats.
