This is sweet Wesley, who is a 10 year old Dachshund cross. Poor Wesley has been passed from pillar to post and we are determined that after this he will find his happy ever after home. He has now lived in a home for a few months so he is used to living in a home.
He also completely ignores Jo’s cat even when she’s sniffing him! He originally came over from Romania and now he is in his third home, with his foster Mummy Auntie Jo. He is good with the other 6 dogs he is living with.
He loves his walks but barks and lunges at other dogs, so Jo is working on this problem with him. If he is out in the fields he can be off lead and is happy as Larry until he sees some other dog who isn’t part of the pack. He loves his food, and needs an anti gulp bowl as he wolfs it down! He would suit a quiet home with a large garden in a quiet area. He is a very handsome boy who has been vet checked this week. He has a little arthritis in his back legs and bad teeth but is very healthy in all other ways.
Auntie Jo adores him but with so many foster dogs would love him to get a very special forever home. Isn’t it time he had one? Wesley is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and deflead and has a passport.
